Clark and Riggs Printing is pleased to announce the installation of our new Kodak Magnus 800 Platesetter. The Magnus 800 is a high performance platesetter utilizing thermal plate technology. Via it's automated loading system, the Magnus 800 delivers high-quality, production ready plates at a rate of forty plates per hour.

What is Thermal Imaging?

Thermal Imaging is a technology that compensates for temperature related expansion and contraction of plate material allowing for precise, consistent imaging from plate to plate. Using thermal plates allows us to offer our clients a higher quality product while also reducing the enviromental impact of plate processing.
